Terms of Use
Effective September 27, 2026
These terms apply to Logic Trio: Daily Puzzles (“the app”), developed by Vladyslav Shchuka (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
License
Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add details about purchases and use. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins.
Premium subscriptions
Logic Trio Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: $2.99 per month, or $19.99 per year with a 7-day free trial. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other countries; the App Store shows the price for your region before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless we tell you otherwise.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings (iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase of $39.99 that unlocks Premium for as long as the app is available. You can restore it on your devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Premium purchases are not shared through Family Sharing.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple, and we can't issue refunds ourselves. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Please don't reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app or its puzzles, and don't use it for anything unlawful. Don't try to manipulate Game Center leaderboards or achievements. We may reset or ask Apple to remove scores that were clearly obtained by cheating.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep every puzzle correct and the app running well, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. Our liability is limited as described in the Standard EULA.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
