These terms cover how you use Mixdle (“the app”), made by Vlad Shchuka (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.
1. Apple’s Standard EULA
The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Where these terms say something different, these terms apply to the app’s own features.
2. Mixdle Plus
Mixdle Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited Time Attack and Endless runs. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is taken by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
3. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or get a new device, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. The old “No Ads” purchase from Emoji Mix Quiz carries over and unlocks Mixdle Plus.
4. Artwork and attribution
The mix pictures are built from emoji artwork based on Noto Emoji by Google, used under the Apache License 2.0. The mixes, the app and this site are our own work. Mixdle is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Apple.
5. Fair use
Play however you like, but please do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, and do not cheat on the leaderboards.
6. No warranty
We do our best to keep Mixdle running well, but it is provided “as is”, with no promise that it will be error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the app. Nothing here limits the rights you have by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
