Terms of Use

These terms apply to Pixel Album ("the app") by Vladyslav Shchuka. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

The app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The puzzles, pixel pictures, artwork and code belong to us. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app or extract its pictures for other products. You're welcome to share images of pictures you've finished using the app's Share button.

Purchases

Albums and All Albums are one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases sold by Apple. They aren't subscriptions and don't renew. All Albums includes albums added in future updates of the app. Purchases can be shared with your family through Family Sharing. Payments, refunds and restores are handled by Apple under its terms; use Settings → Restore Purchases on a new device.

Game Center

Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple's Game Center and are optional. We may remove scores that are clearly not the result of normal play.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We check every puzzle and hint, but we can't promise the app will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
