Terms of Use
Effective September 28, 2026
These terms apply to ZeroTo: 0-60 & Drag Timer ("the app") by Vladyslav Shchuka. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Drive safely and legally
Use the app only on closed roads, tracks or other places where it is legal and safe to accelerate hard. Follow traffic laws and speed limits at all times. Don't operate the phone while driving; the app is designed so you never need to. You alone are responsible for how you drive. We aren't responsible for accidents, fines, damage or injury connected with the use of the app.
Measurements are estimates
Times, speeds, distances, slope and gear shift figures are calculated from phone sensors and can be wrong, for example with a weak GPS signal, a loose mount or on a slope. They are for personal information and comparison only, not for official timing, competitions, legal proceedings or vehicle testing that requires certified equipment.
The app
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app's design, code and artwork belong to us. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
ZeroTo Pro
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. It isn't a subscription and doesn't renew. Pro can be shared with your family through Family Sharing. Payments, refunds and restores are handled by Apple under its terms; use Settings → Restore Purchases to restore Pro on a new device.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We can't promise it will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
