Fair Mines is the classic mine-clearing puzzle with one difference: every board can be solved with logic alone, so you never lose to a coin flip. If something isn't working, or you have a question, write to us.

How can every board be guess-free?
When you make your first tap, the app builds a board around it and a solver plays it the way a careful person would, using only what the numbers prove. If it ever reaches a spot that would need a guess, it moves a mine and checks again. Only boards it can finish from start to end with logic are shown to you.
How do I play?
- Tap a cell to open it. Touch and hold to place a flag. You can change the hold time in Settings.
- Prefer one hand? Switch the control under the board from Open to Flag, and taps place flags instead.
- Tap an open number that already has all its flags around it to open the rest of its neighbors.
- Pinch to zoom and drag to move around big boards. Double-tap the empty space around the board to zoom in or out.
How do hints work?
A hint highlights the numbers that matter and the cell they decide, then explains why in plain words, for example "This 1 already touches a flagged mine, so its other closed neighbors are safe." Free players get 3 hints a day and can watch a short ad for 3 more. Pro hints are unlimited. Games where you used a hint don't count for best times or leaderboards.
What is the Daily Board?
One Intermediate board a day, the same for everyone. It starts with an area already open, and the clock starts on your first move. Solve it each day to grow your streak. A new board appears at midnight in your time zone.
How do I add the widgets?
Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then Lock Screen, tap the widget area and choose Fair Mines.
Home Screen: touch and hold an empty spot, tap Edit, then Add Widget, search for Fair Mines and pick a size.
What does Pro include?
The game is free with ads. Fair Mines Pro is a one-time purchase that removes all ads and adds unlimited hints, the Retro, Paper and Night themes, detailed statistics and Custom boards up to 50×50. It works with Family Sharing.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it.
Can I change my ad privacy choices?
If you're in a region where consent is required, open Settings → Ad privacy choices. Tracking permission can be changed anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
