Privacy Policy

Fair Mines: Minesweeper Logic ("the app") is developed by Vladyslav Shchuka ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
What we collect
We don't run any servers and we don't collect personal information ourselves. There are no accounts and no analytics of our own.
Data stored on your device
Your games in progress, statistics, streak, hints and settings are stored only on your iPhone. The streak and today's Daily status are kept in storage shared with the app's widgets so they can display them. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Advertising
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking), IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred), information about the ads you see and tap, and diagnostic data about the ad SDK. This data is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- Tracking permission. The app asks for permission to track only right before the first ad is requested. If you decline, ads are not personalized with your advertising identifier. You can change this anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Google's consent form lets you choose how your data is used for ads, and you can revisit your choices in the app under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
- Ad content is limited to ads suitable for general audiences.
- Fair Mines Pro removes ads. With Pro, the ad SDK doesn't start and no ad requests are made.
Purchases
Fair Mines Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. The app only asks Apple whether your Apple Account owns Pro.
Game Center
Game Center is optional. If you're signed in, the app sends your best times and Daily times to its leaderboards and reports achievements. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; we don't receive this data.
Children
The app is rated 4+. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. Ads are limited to general-audience content.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
