Terms of Use

These terms apply to Fair Mines: Minesweeper Logic ("the app") by Vladyslav Shchuka. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
The app
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The boards, hints, artwork and code belong to us. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
Fair Mines Pro
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. It isn't a subscription and doesn't renew. Pro can be shared with your family through Family Sharing. Payments, refunds and restores are handled by Apple under its terms; use Settings → Restore Purchases to restore Pro on a new device.
Ads
The free version shows ads provided by Google. We don't control the content of individual ads, though they're limited to general audiences. Ads never appear on the game board or during a game.
Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple's Game Center and are optional. We may remove scores that are clearly not the result of normal play.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep every board guess-free and every hint correct, but we can't promise the app will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
