How do I add the widget to my Lock Screen?
Touch and hold your Lock Screen until Customize appears, tap Customize → Lock Screen, tap the widget area under the clock, find LockWords and choose the rectangular widget. Tap Done.
How do I choose which packs appear?
Open the app, go to Library and tap + next to any pack. To pin one pack to a specific widget, touch and hold the widget and tap Edit Widget.
How often does the card change?
Every hour by default. You can switch to every 30 minutes, 3 hours, 6 hours or once a day in Settings. Cards change on the clock and work offline.
Is there a subscription?
No. Affirmations are free, every other pack has free preview cards, and packs unlock with one-time purchases. All Packs unlocks every current and future pack.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings → Restore Purchases (also available on the purchase screen) while signed in with the same Apple ID. Purchases are shared with your Family Sharing group.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
