Terms of Use

These terms apply to Row & Repeat ("the app") by Vlad Shchuka. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

The app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app's design, code and artwork belong to us. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. Patterns and images you import remain yours or their owners'. Please only import patterns you have the right to use.

Counts can be wrong

The app counts what you tap, say or press. Voice recognition can mishear, a watch can miss a tap, and a device can lose sync. We work to keep counts safe, but check your work against your pattern. Keep your own notes for anything you can't afford to lose.

Row & Repeat Pro

Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. It isn't a subscription and doesn't renew. Pro can be shared with your family through Family Sharing. Payments, refunds and restores are handled by Apple under its terms. To restore Pro on a new device, use Restore Purchases in Settings or on the Pro screen.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We can't promise it will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app, including lost work or lost counts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
