Terms of Use
Effective September 27, 2026
These terms apply to Guesstival (“the app”), developed by Vladyslav Shchuka (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
License
Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add details about purchases and use. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins.
Purchases
- Word packs are one-time purchases of $1.99 each. Once bought, a pack is yours for as long as the app is available.
- All Packs is a one-time purchase of $9.99. It unlocks every pack in the app today and every pack we add in future updates.
- Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other countries; the App Store shows your price before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.
- Purchases can be restored on your devices signed in with the same Apple Account and are shared through Family Sharing.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple, and we can't issue refunds ourselves. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Play safely
Forehead mode involves moving around and holding a phone near your face. Play in a safe place, keep a good grip on your phone, and keep an eye on younger players. We're not responsible for dropped phones or bumped heads.
Acceptable use
Please don't reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app or its word lists, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. Our liability is limited as described in the Standard EULA.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
